OUR STORY
Who we are
Feed the Streets Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Katoogo, Kinawataka, Kampala, Uganda. The organization was established in 2018 by of the leading female artist in Uganda Grace Nakimera in response to the growing number of homeless children, vulnerable youth, abandoned women, and families struggling with poverty and lack of basic necessities.
Our work is driven by compassion, faith, and a commitment to creating lasting positive change.
Every day, countless individuals in Uganda face challenges such as hunger, homelessness, abuse, neglect, lack of education, unemployment, and social exclusion. Many children are forced onto the streets due to poverty, family breakdown, abandonment, and other difficult circumstances.
Christian Ministry and Spiritual Development
Jesus Christ demonstrated compassion by feeding the hungry, healing the sick, caring for the poor, and offering hope to the broken-hearted. We seek to follow His example.
